We organise the initial questions and enquiry journey so the team can understand what happened and identify the relevant next step. Our focus is on potential bank and payment-provider claims following scams.

UndoFraud is a trading style of Select Claims Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 835838). Legal services are provided by Consumer Rights Solicitors Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA 639255). You can claim yourself, for free, via your bank and the Financial Ombudsman Service. Potential claims are referred to Consumer Rights Solicitors Ltd, whose fees are between 15-30% plus VAT of any compensation awarded.
