UndoFraud does not charge you for using its enquiry service and receives a referral fee from Consumer Rights Solicitors. Legal services and any charges are governed by your agreement with Consumer Rights Solicitors.

The initial check is free. If Consumer Rights Solicitors takes your case, the fee and terms will be explained before you decide whether to instruct the firm.
Success fee
If your claim succeeds and compensation is recovered, Consumer Rights Solicitors charges a success fee of 15-30% plus VAT of compensation awarded. At 20% VAT this is 18-36% including VAT. The applicable rate and terms are explained before you proceed.

You can make a complaint to your bank or payment provider yourself. Where eligible, you can also ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to consider it for free. Using our managed service is optional.
