How UndoFraud works

Start by telling us what happened. We use your answers to identify whether further assessment may be appropriate and explain what happens next.

The initial check is free. If your claim succeeds, Consumer Rights Solicitors charges 15-30% plus VAT of compensation awarded, equivalent to 18-36% including VAT at the current standard rate. The applicable fee and terms are explained before you instruct the firm. Our fees

1. Tell us about the scam and the payments

The initial form asks about what happened, how you paid, your actual loss, payment dates and any action already taken. Some follow-up questions appear only when they are relevant. You can correct an answer before submitting.

2. Receive the appropriate next step

Potentially suitable enquiries can go forward for assessment. Other cases need a closer look before a decision can be made. If the service cannot take the enquiry on, or you are waiting for a bank response or already have an ongoing case, the form explains the relevant next step. A screening result is not a promise of recovery.

3. Help the team prepare for your assessment

Where offered, add an account of what happened, payment records and other useful evidence. You can complete what you know and return later. Additional information helps the team understand the case; you do not need to complete every preparation task before discussing missing information.

4. Decide whether to proceed

If Consumer Rights Solicitors agrees to take your case, it will explain the proposed work, fees and terms. You decide whether to instruct the firm. The approach and outcome depend on the evidence and circumstances; completing our form does not itself create a representation agreement.

Common questions
